President- Michael Pelletier Mike Pelletier is the President of U.S. Termite & Moisture Control and a life long resident of Chesapeake, VA.  This family business has been serving the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years in the pest control and construction industry.  The founding company Cape Construction Company, Inc. is Class A licensed and provides new homes and additions to its clients.  It has been recognized by the Tidewater Builders Association for building with quality and dependability.  Both divisions are here to serve your pest and construction needs with a professional attitude.  “We pledge to all our clients complete satisfaction by providing the highest quality workmanship in all we do.”  Known as your “total home care professionals” we can provide all home care services. Mike and his wife Sue have been married since 1985 and she too is a life long resident of Chesapeake.  Sue has her masters degree in education and home schools their three sons David, Zachary and Jacob.  This family stays busy at work and play.  They enjoy camping and are active in a water ski club most weekends.

Termite & Pest Control Division

Thomas Gretsky Tom was one of the first graduates from the Virginia Pest Management Association master technician program.  He is a VPMA certified Wood Destroying Insect inspector and commercial applicator.  He has been with us for 9 years.  Tom is a resident of Newport News, married with four children and loves fishing and hiking.
David Sowers David has been in the pest control industry for 9 years as a certified applicator, specializing in residential pest management.  He is married with 3 step children.  He is looking forward to completing the VPMA master technician program.  He loves racing and is a Mark Martin Fan!
Jesse Parker Jesse has been in the Pest Control industry for 23 years.  He holds numerous licenses including fumigation, food processing, wood destroying insects, plant fumigation and chemigation.  He is a charter graduate of both the VPMA certified WDI inspector course and VPMA master technician course.  He is a past president and liaison officer of the Tidewater Pest Control Association since 1998 and on the VPMA board of directors since 1998.  He has 3 children, is a Virginia Tech fan and loves racing dirt track cars.
Harold “Buddy” Oehrli Buddy has been with the company for over a year.  He is a registered technician and has attended the VPMA certified WDI inspector course.  He looks forward to attending the VPMA Master Tech program.  He resides in North Carolina with his wife and son.  He loves racing dirt cars and is also a big Mark Martin Fan!
Delancey Hall Delancey is a registered technician with over 2 years experience.  He specializes in inspections and consultations.  He resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and three children.
Bruce Scaggs Bruce resides in Chesapeake and is a graduate of Indian River High School. He has been in the pest control / repair field for over twenty years. He enjoys playing the drums, guitar and golf. He is also on our US Termite Racing Team.
Repair Division
Sean Albert Sean has 17 years of experience in the business.  He specializes in custom trim, metal and metal wrap.  He is a great asset to our company and repair division!  He resides in Chesapeake with his two children.
Steve Graham Steve contributes to many aspects of our company.  He is a part of our repair and maintenance division as well as a registered pest control technician.  We are lucky to have him in our team! He resides in Virginia Beach with his wife.
Richard Albert Richard Albert’s the name and construction is his game.  He has been with us for about two years. He is a family man and resides with his wife and two children in Chesapeake.  He will tell you that “If we can’t get it done: it can’t be done.”
Daniel Ausley Daniel works as a carpenter for the repair division.  He specializes in decks and crew jobs.  He is a Chesapeake resident and married with four children.  He loves to work, be with his family and hunt.
Kevin Guffie Kevin is the newest member of the repair division. It is a pleasure to have him working with us.  He is hard working and dedicated to getting the job done right.  His hobbies include hunting and spending time in the great outdoors.
The Office Staff
Nancy Carole McCormick She is a pioneer of pest control.  She has worked in the industry since 1977.  She has done inspections, service customers and is now in customer education and pest control coordination.  She is a native of Great Bridge and loves to work in an industry so vital to the Tidewater area.
Cindy Parron Cindy is office manager.  She has been with US Termite for over four years.  She is in charge of billing and office operations.  She is a Virginia Beach resident and active member of the Virginia Beach Shag Club.
Jennifer Hanson Jennifer Hanson is our newest employee with U.S.Termite & Moisture Control. She was raised in Chesapeake, and graduated from Hickory High School. She enjoys boating, swimming, relaxing in the sun and playing darts. She also loves spending time with her dog Kacie.
